Did you ever have a secret that you believed you couldn't tell? How about a dream that no one would understand? Yeah, us too.  We created a Jar just for our secrets and  dreams.  We created one for you.  One day you might share your Jar with someone else.  There are many secret keepers out there just waiting for you to tell your story.  Be brave. 


 YOUR JAR OF SECRETS AND DREAMS

Close your eyes.  Do you see it? What does it look like? 

No one can see it.  Only you.

The jar is yours. 

Bring it close. Take off the top. Did you create a cork or lid?  

Feel your breath enter and exit your body. In out, in out, in out.

Get ready.

Whisper your secret or your dream in the jar.

Did you tell it with your whole-heart?

Close the top. And whisper to yourself, "truth and valor," It's safe now.
